Welcome to our SCUBA IBIZA Diving Ecommerce Site ("Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Ibizasub SL ("Company"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Site. Products

We offer scuba diving products for sale on our Site. We reserve the right to modify the products we offer and their pricing at any time without prior notice.

Orders

When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. If we refuse your order, we will notify you and refund any payment you have made for that order.

Payments

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Shipping

We ship our products to customers to entire Spain. If you buy from outside of Spain, please, contact us to assure we may send our products to you. We strive to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product.
